Is the anoncvs server down? I've been getting:
mango% cvs update -Pd cvs [update aborted]: connect to anoncvs.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de:2401 failed: Connection refused
all day.

Sorry. The CVS server was accidently down after a CVS software update. It's up and running again.
