The CORBA-IDL dump modules produce output according to the JIDM specs (a probably obsolete location is http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/8349099/toc.htm). These specifications include the basic IDL definitions you are looking for.

Subrata Mazumdar did most of the work on these specifications. May be you find the source files on his home page (http://www.bell-labs.com/user/mazum/). Or may be Juergen Schoenwaelder (Cc), who worked on the libsmi CORBA-IDL dump module, can help.
