*ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:*
Smart health, smart cities, smart industries, smart agriculture, smart
environment, smart transportation, smart homes, smart education, smart
business, smart energy, smart grids, and so on are the components that aid
the mankind for smart living. However, they require, typically, design and
development of innovative technologies, standards, and protocols apart from
their architectures and frameworks. IoT has emerged as an extension to
Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) with low-cost and Internet-enabled solution
for connecting and accessible anything from anywhere. In addition, such
smartness derived due to the artificial intelligence yields in production
of tremendous amounts of data. The data increases as a baby-boomer
requiring efficient tools to analyze and extract suitable inferences for
services to extend smart living. Cloud, Edge and Big Data acquired enormous
attention in the light of massive data storage and analytics. With the
large cohorts of gazette shrewdness and hi-tech population, the
infrastructure, service delivery becomes expensive and difficult to manage
for cities and governments. Automating systems through utilization of IoT,
Cloud, Edge, Big Data, and M2M tools and technologies demonstrate great
opportunity to reduce operating costs significantly, utilize those savings
more effectively, and provide better services to communities for smarter
living. This workshop provides a platform to the researchers to publish
their innovative ideas, extensive analysis of their comparative studies,
critical review of existing research and position papers in the above areas
to meet the smart living requirements.

BRAINS 2025 solicits original, unpublished work not currently under review
by other conferences or journals and has not been previously published. All
submissions should be written in English following the Two-Column IEEE
Conference Format with a maximum of eight (8) pages (Full Papers), four (4)
pages (Short Papers and work in progress), or two (2) pages (Poster
Papers). These page limits include all text and figures but exclude
references and appendices. For Full Papers, the total length including
references and appendices must not exceed ten (10) pages.
Papers should be submitted through EDAS at: https://edas.info/N33559
<https://edas.info/N33559>
*Double-Blind Review*
All submissions must be anonymous. We follow a relaxed double-blind peer
review process: authors are allowed to share their work on platforms such
as arXiv and present it publicly. However, authors should not mention their
own name or affiliation in the submission, or include obvious references
that reveal their identity. A reviewer who has not previously encountered
the work should be able to read the submission without learning the
authors' identities.
If your work is not yet available online (e.g., on arXiv), we recommend
waiting until after the notification of acceptance before posting it publicly.
For any questions regarding the double-blind policy, please contact the
general co-chairs of BRAINS 2025
*Best paper awards*
Two best paper awards will be delivered:
* Best Full Paper Award
* Best Student Paper Award

* Notification of Acceptance: September 11, 2025
* Camera-Ready: September 22, 2025
****************************************************************
*#Call for Posters and Demos*
BRAINS 2025 will also hold demo and poster sessions in the areas specified
above. Hence, prospective authors are invited to submit their demo and
poster proposals in the form of a 3-page paper in IEEE conference
double-column format.
All submissions must be done electronically through EDAS using the

*CALL FOR TECHNICAL PAPERS*
*IEEE CCNC 2026*
The IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference (CCNC),
sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, is a major annual
international conference. Taking advantage of its co-location with the
…
[View More]International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is the world's largest
tradeshow on consumer technology, CCNC is organized with the objective of
bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia
and industry working in all areas of consumer communications and networking
technologies. CCNC 2026 will feature high-quality keynotes, plenary talks,
technical and industry papers, panels, tutorials, and demonstrations. In
addition, the CCNC 2026 Organization Committee invites members of the
research, development, and practitioner communities to submit Workshop and
Special Session proposals. Workshops provide a forum for people to discuss
areas of special interest with like-minded researchers and practitioners.
Special Sessions complement the main program with new or emerging topics
that are of particular interest to the consumer communications and
networking community and may also cut across and beyond disciplines
traditionally represented at CCNC. Research contributions are welcome in
all areas pertinent to consumer communications and networking, including:
● Edge/Cloud Computing and Networking
● Networking Solutions for Metaverse, Social Applications, Multimedia,
and Games
● Testbeds, Experimentation and Datasets for Communications and Networking
● Wireless Communications: Fundamentals, PHY and Above
● Beyond 5G and Towards 6G
● IoT: From Sensors to Vertical Applications
● Security, Privacy, and Content Protection
● Digital Twins for Networking and Communications
● Communications and Applications for Connected and Autonomous
Vehicles on Land, Water, and Sky
● AI/ML for Communications and Networking
Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical
papers to the appropriate track(s) listed below. All accepted technical
papers are required to be presented at the conference and will be published
in the IEEE CCNC 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®
as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. In addition,
authors that have a demonstration component in their work are highly
encouraged to also submit proposals to the Demonstration Session as soon as
the call opens.
All papers for the technical tracks should be submitted via EDAS, and
please make sure to follow the Submission Guidelines
