I would like to draw your attention to a Special Issue of the *Transportation Research – Part C* Journal on *Advances in Computing and Communications and their impact on Transportation Science and Technologies*. Examples of topics of interest include Connected Vehicle (CV) and cyber transportation systems research, autonomous vehicles, automated transit networks, transportation big data challenges, the mining of large transportation data sets to gain insight into travel behavior or system performance, and emerging computational-based methods for transportation systems modeling, management and control (Call for Papers is attached).
