BRAINS 2025 solicits original, unpublished work not currently under review
by other conferences or journals and has not been previously published. All
submissions should be written in English following the Two-Column IEEE
Conference Format with a maximum of eight (8) pages (Full Papers), four (4)
pages (Short Papers and work in progress), or two (2) pages (Poster
Papers). These page limits include all text and figures but exclude
references and appendices. For Full Papers, the total length including
references and appendices must not exceed ten (10) pages.
Papers should be submitted through EDAS at: https://edas.info/N33559
<https://edas.info/N33559>
*Double-Blind Review*
All submissions must be anonymous. We follow a relaxed double-blind peer
review process: authors are allowed to share their work on platforms such
as arXiv and present it publicly. However, authors should not mention their
own name or affiliation in the submission, or include obvious references

*CALL FOR TECHNICAL PAPERS*
*IEEE CCNC 2026*
The IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference (CCNC),
sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, is a major annual
international conference. Taking advantage of its co-location with the
International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is the world's largest
tradeshow on consumer technology, CCNC is organized with the objective of
bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia
and industry working in all areas of consumer communications and networking
technologies. CCNC 2026 will feature high-quality keynotes, plenary talks,
technical and industry papers, panels, tutorials, and demonstrations. In
addition, the CCNC 2026 Organization Committee invites members of the
research, development, and practitioner communities to submit Workshop and
Special Session proposals. Workshops provide a forum for people to discuss
areas of special interest with like-minded researchers and practitioners.
Special Sessions complement the main program with new or emerging topics
that are of particular interest to the consumer communications and
networking community and may also cut across and beyond disciplines
traditionally represented at CCNC. Research contributions are welcome in
all areas pertinent to consumer communications and networking, including:
● Edge/Cloud Computing and Networking
● Networking Solutions for Metaverse, Social Applications, Multimedia,
and Games
● Testbeds, Experimentation and Datasets for Communications and Networking
● Wireless Communications: Fundamentals, PHY and Above

**************************************************************************************************************************************************
Dear Colleagues,
Hope you are well and healthy. The IEEE CPSCom-2025 Conference was planned
to be held in Zhengzhou, China, October 30 - November 02, 2025.
We will be pretty happy to see all authors manage to attend IEEE
CPSCom-2025. Please consider contributing and submitting your original

---------------------
*INTRODUCTION*
---------------------
Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Cyber-Social Systems (CSS) are emerging
cross-disciplinary research areas that feature the combination of
computational and physical elements.
CSS is rapidly evolving due to the popularity of online social networking.
With the advent of ubiquitous sensing and networking, future social
networks involve cyber-physical interactions
among associated social attributes. Cyber-Physical-Social Systems (CPSS)
are known as the integration between CPS and CSS.
The 18th IEEE International Conference on Cyber, Physical and Social
Computing (CPSCom 2025) will be held in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, October
30- November 02, 2025, will provide
a high-profile leading-edge forum for researchers, engineers, and
practitioners to present state-of-the-art advances and innovations. We seek
submissions of papers addressing new
techniques, introducing innovative methodologies, and proposing new CPS,
CSS, and CPSS research directions.
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to IEEE CPSCom-2025.
All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be
indexed by Engineering Index (EI).
The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to
extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals to be
planned in conjunction with the conference.
